Language Arts: Students will complete novel study activities based on what they read and take a multiple choice assessment over previously taught skills.

Math: Students will relate skip counting by fives on the clock and telling time to a continuous measurement model, the number line.

Science: The student is expected to observe, record, and compare how the physical characteristics of plants help them meet their basic needs such as stems carrying water throughout the plant.
